➤ But the lifestyle habits causing your weight gain aren’t always obvious which include major factors like stress and unmanaged emotions that may lead to increase in stress harmone cortisol.
➤ Although weight gain is largely a result of eating behavior and lifestyle, some people are at a disadvantage when it comes to controlling their eating habits or in other sence their lack mindful eating.
➤ It sounds simple. But more than 50% of adults in India are overweight or obese. Our lifestyles see many of us eating more calories than we need and not doing enough physical activity which may also be binge or emotional eating or lack of motivation.
